We should also have free CD's as part of the "conference pack" we get 
from Canonical, but this is more about getting some other stuff like 
t-shirts, cotton bags, etc. that we can sell (not only at FOSDEM, but 
also elsewhere if we're not sold out).

I don't know your background--FOSDEM is a rather technical 
conference--but I'm sure that everybody can help in some way if she/he 
wants to.
