Annelies, do you think you can get the conference box ready for this
event? Please also take note that we have a 140€ budget if you need to
buy anything.

I am working those days, but some ubuntu-be.org volunteers will
certainly be available. Contacting the list was a good first step. For
more help finding ubuntu-be.org volunteers, please contact me again
this time next week. I'm in the middle of work on VLOD
(http://vlod.be) work right now.
