As far as I know, this list is intended for synchronization for the people who 
are helping with the promotion of Ubuntu in Belgium. For support, users are 
referred to ubuntu-nl, ubuntu-fr or ubuntu-de.

I agree with your explanation, but as this list is not intended for support, 
almost all arguments are invalid ;)
