[Ubuntu-be] KEduca + KTouch

Hello

Does someone knows if these programs are available on Windows?
KEduca is available for Mac, but I didn't found it on Windows.

Is there a possibility to enable one or both these programs in Windows XP?
KEduca helps teachers (or others) to make multiple choice and other tests.
KTouch is to learn how to type.
