[Ubuntu-be] language usage on this list

I would like to remind people that we agreed to write in English as much
as possible on this list, especially if a discussion is (or might be) of
interest to everyone.

Of course people who can't write in English can write in Dutch, French
or German, but please try to use English.  Nobody will be mad if your
English isn't perfect or if you have to throw a couple of non-English
words in-between.


(Of course if anyone thinks that using English isn't a good idea, please
speak up, but be prepared to propose a working alternative too...)
