or why not (be warned: shameless plug) http://daisycms.org/ ?
daisy is a full featured (belgian grown) cms that comes with an out of
the box ready to use wiki
(allthough it's design and featureset make it bigger then just web sites
management: versions, variants, i18n ready, workflow (in the upcoming
release) open rest api, xml&xslt (unicode) from the ground up, full text
index (lucene), own query language, custom document type schema's, and
book-publishing features that make it a perfect system for collaborative
book wriring....)
well, I guess you'ld better read the full docs (250p)
some samples of people using it for their website
- http://cocoondev.org/daisyscratchpad/286.html
- https://buildsecurityin.us-cert.gov/
next to that there are many companies using it internally to organize
their document flows and/or project intranets (among which some US IBM
departments, the VRT, and the Apache Cocoon documentation site at
http://cocoon.zones.apache.org/)
and finally there are some customers that integrate and extend it into
their own commercial offering (which is possible because of the APL)
if people are interested to go this path I'ld be able to provide/help
with set-up and customization on hosting facilities,

PS: euh, and we have a google-map integration demo we use for
demonstrations at fairs and trade shows (see here:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/stevenn/260563529/ it allows to mark
documents anywhere on the map)
