[Ubuntu-be] dapper irc tutorial for newbies needed

By the way, for the mega newbie, what about info for connecting with a
java applet ? (damned I forgot the installation of the java virtual
machine first :( )

But as mark has made a deal with Sun's CEO it could be easier to install...
