[Ubuntu-be] ordering CD's: fr_be responsible? number?

For the previous release ubuntu-nl got them after about 2 weeks.
(Remember CD-pressing doesn't start before the release!)

Hang them in a tree to use instead of a "scarecrow"?   ;-)

You can also still use them for the weeks coming, until the new CDs are
available.
