[Ubuntu-be] ordering CD's: fr_be responsible? number?

Hoi,

This is not really related to the order, but are these CDs supposed to
come faster than those ordered by individuals from shipit ? I ordered
10 CDs when Dapper shipit opened, but last time (for Breezy) I waited
more than a month.

(I still have a little more than 10 Breezy CDs, any idea of what I can
do with them ?)
