[Ubuntu-be] FR translation of support points: help needed

The user side of http:://vrijesoftware.be/pointsdesupportfr/ is now
available in FR. I'll create a more french sounding url for it.

Could someone
* wget http://vrijesoftware.be/pointsdesupportfr/formulier.html
* wget http://vrijesoftware.be/pointsdesupportfr/faq.html
* put in the translations that Laurent and others posted to the list
* send the translated html files to the list
