[Ubuntu-be] your help needed: Dapper TODO

Hi all,

I'll try to work on the code for the "support points" this week's
evenings (but not tommorow). The code is still a mess with DB access
mixed with data processing and HTML+Javascript. What I did the WE was
to begin the separtion of the database access (through read/write
functions and data wrapping classes) from the processing and the
HTML+Javascript (through Smarty templates).

I'm much more confortable with database access and data classes than
with Smarty templates (or other templates engine). If anybody with
experience with (multi-language) templates in PHP and time wants to
help, just contact me. Of course, "plan-text" translations of existing
pages (fr, en, de) are also nice to have.
