[Ubuntu-be] distributing cd's

Hi all,

it looks like this is related the another Marc Coevoet post on the
Ubuntu-be mailing list.

As I undestand it, Marc is speaking about Hans Dufour wich is a
Microsoft employee working as open source spokesman at the Vlaams
administration.

I just don't understand the link between Hans Dufour and Mark Van den
Borre and between this "story" and Ubuntu-be. Marc, do you want
Ubuntu-be to take action (what action ?) regarding to the situation.
