- list of contact,
- list of place where Ubuntu cd's are available,
- list of frendly computers vendors.

And that is it realy! no? well if you see more, then tell it!

I think CMSMS is perfect for that
http://www.cmsmadesimple.org it is not a Gas Factory as joomla or plone are!
