[Ubuntu-be] First ideas

I'm Van Belle Jonathan aka Grummfy. I'm study in Louvain-La-Neuve.
I'm ready to help on making the site and other things who are near
(and later other stuff)
I'm good in php, mysql, css, (x|d)html
No bad in js and I know the base of postgresql
Before choosen a script, it's important to know what are the needs (
not a poney but the picture with the poney ! ;) ).
