[Ubuntu-be] support points source; coding help welcome

Hi!

At http://pierre.xuni.be/supportpoints.tgz , you find the maps code
behind map.ubuntu-be.org. Actually, an effort by Pierre Buyle
(mongolito404 at gmail.com) to clean up my messy non-programmer code
currently running map.ubuntu-be.org.

Revision control will be set up soon.

Pierre will soon tell the ubuntu-be list where in the code
improvements are most welcome. In the mean time, have a look at it.
There's plenty of cleanup work to be done, or if you want to tackle
more exciting things, have a look at the (incomplete) TODO inside the
tarball.
