[Ubuntu-be] Distribution points and official CDs

Your great work shows that with some effort, we can find more than
enough distribution points. Most of the ones we already have are also
willing to be demonstration and first installation points. I do think
we have to be careful and conservative in the way we distribute CD's.
We have to keep in mind that our goal is converting as many users to
Ubuntu as possible, and that we have a limited supply of CD's.
Canonical will happily send us zillions of CD's _if and only if_ we
can show them numbers of converted users. In other words: we have to
keep a close eye on actual conversions per CD distributed.
Before actively looking for further distribution only points, we
should probably discuss. More distribution only points could probably
be useful, if accompanied with information on local demo and install
points, and if we find a way to measure conversions.
