[Ubuntu-be] Distribution points and official CDs

Hello

The person in charge of computers at a municipality near Liege agreed to 
distribute ubuntu CDs at their cybercenter and ALE (Agence Locale pour 
l'Emploi). He also offered to ask the municipality council if such CDs 
could be made available at some municipality services desks, and to 
contact his colleagues from other municipalities.

So my questions are :
* Is it possible to foresee a third category "distribution only points" 
on the map, where people could get CDs without making an appointment 
and which would give opening hours and **complete** address instead of 
a contact email address ? (if not, we will find a solution, but less 
effective)
* what about the official CDs order : delivery date already known ? how 
many can we expect for the 12 (soon 16) support points near Liege ?
* given the growing number of points on the map, shouldn't we place a 
second order right now ?
