Same here.

Looks like only 2 out of the 5 name servers have the new zone with that
information. What more is, those 2 servers are the stealth ones which
are not registered at the parent zone's dns.

As SOA refresh is 28800s you might have to wait up to one day, and even
more (+24 hours as for the negative caching - seems quite high to me) if
your own dns servers cached the query that "support.ubuntu-be.org"
didn't exist yet.

This is the reason why dns is freakin' important ;-)
