[Ubuntu-be] current support requests; ticketing system needed

Hi all,

We have received about 20 requests right now via the ubuntu-be.org
maps. To make sure we give high quality accurate answers, we will need
a ticketing system and an answers tree.

Any suggestions on _easy to maintain_ libre ticketing systems?
