There is no top priorities that require XHTML + CSS skills. But the
Webste need a better template. It uses CMS-MS
(http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/). For templates, CMS-Ms use Smarty
(http://smarty.php.net/). It would be great if you can make a new
template for the website.
