[Ubuntu-BD] Fwd: Call for creating and testing localized ISO images

ubuntu community is an open project and anyone could start or
contribute to any project (unless its marked for close monitoring)
benefiting the community.

There isn't any need for any official authorisation letter from the
team. In reality only Canonical hold the right to come under any such
official agreement since they hold ubuntu trademark.
We loco team can only monitor guide and collaborate projects.
Furthermore we hold the entitlement to secure the benefit of whole
community and prevent any trademark violation or other misconduct.
