[Ubuntu-BD] FYI: DOEL laptop (TSS) is looking for software developers for ubuntu

Hi,

You may already know that, Bangladesh Telephone Shilpa Sangstha (TSS) is
producing laptops which have a brand name DOEL. There are four models and 3
of them will have preloaded ubuntu (10.10). These 3 models will have atom
processor. Another model with VIA processor will have android in it
(cheapest model). I got all these information from their facebook page.

Now they are concerned over the audio and video chatting and will be trying
to develop some program. Besides, they are also concerned over BanglaLion
(and Qubee) dongle problems. Proper drivers for canon printers. I am quoting
Adrian Chin (creator of that page, and a personnel from DOEL team):

because you can self reload and you are also able to add an external ink
tank, to keep usage costs low. However, it's quite difficult to find *.deb

You have freedom to suggest right now.... pls do. We have resources that we
can let you have access to, if you want to create programs.

internship, to develop software, pls let us know. We have a very supportive
Managing Director, Mr Md Ismail. He is excited at the opportunity to develop
software, in Bangladesh

* *I'll also need to have someone tell me how to set up my test PC to use
with Banglalion. It's killing me that I can set up with Zoom and Grameen,
but not with Banglalion... LOL !!*
