[Ubuntu-BD] Download ubuntu update manually

Hi, how are you? I am fine. I want to update my ubuntu 10.04. But i have a limited internet package. So i want to download the update files from other place ( our varsity internet lab) and install them in my pc-(carrying in pen drive). Is it possible? If "yes" then what is the easiest way? Please inform me...
