[Ubuntu-BD] netbeans php problems

You don't need to update or anything. This is an known issue with the JVM on
linux. You lose key stroke focus if you go to another window/application. I
always had to right click inside the Netbeans window to get the focus back.
This is irritating but it's a problem with the JVM, not with Netbeans.

I had this problem with all the versions of Netbeans I used. For php, Java
SE, ME everywhere.
