[Ubuntu-BD] Visual effects setting doesn't retain after reboot at Lucid

If a newer version of Mozilla Firefox releases it will be updated through
ubuntu update manager automatically. Lucid comes with Firefox 3.6 but now
Mozilla released its newer version 3.6.6. So on my update manager of lucid
shows me a notification of 3.6.6 update and when I allow him to do so it
downloads the update files from the net and then update my firefox to 3.6.6,
the latest version.
