[Ubuntu-BD] Updating java to java 6 update 21

[shiplu]

1. Un-install all the installed jre package. (your open office may not
work now or may get uninstalled, use aptitude)
2. Download the proper linux package from Oracle's Sun site.
3. Run the installer.

If you screw up, your netbeans, eclipse, open office etc application
will not work.
