Dear Hafiz Imtiaz
For your 1st problem if you dont want to use console and wvdial in that case
you can install "Gnome-ppp" from the respiratory or from apt-get install. It
is very easy to use and give an interface window to connect in the net. No
need of any console. And very easy to set. Just add this string in the
setting panel .

      Init3=AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","gpinternet"

If you want to setup internet via bluetooth you have to install couple of
other libraries. If anyone interested let me know.

For using UNIJOY through UBUNTU I'll try it with WINE and will let you know
if it is possible.

If I get time I'll try to make a Bijoy keybord interface for use. Good luck
