[ Ubuntu-BD ] Shipit program might get closed

I think they should not stop doing it.
This is one of major reason Ubuntu got so much user in such a short time.
Also, gave us user from developing countries with slow internet connection
to get CDs.
To get a vendor labeled OS CD for free is one of the main attraction point
of ubuntu.
They should continue this may be in some modified form.
