+ Content of /var/log/cloud-init.log and /var/log/cloud-init-output.log are needed
+ for proper diagnostics on cloud instances

+ Without those files, instance initialization output is not available

+ Add collection for those files in the logs.py plugin
+ 
+ Test Case : 
+ Run the following :
+ $ sosreport --batch
+ 
+ Those two files will be included in the archive created.
+ 
+ Regression : 
+ None expected, only two new files collected.
+ 
+ Upstream fix identified in comment #1
+
