[Bug 1301819] [NEW] sosreport does not collect cloud-init*.log

SRU justification :
Content of /var/log/cloud-init.log and /var/log/cloud-init-output.log are needed
for proper diagnostics on cloud instances

Impact : 
Without those files, instance initialization output is not available

Fix : 
Add collection for those files in the logs.py plugin

Test Case : 
Run the following :
$ sosreport --batch

Those two files will be included in the archive created.

Regression : 
None expected, only two new files collected.
