[Bug 1100778] [NEW] Please backport slurm-llnl 2.3.4-2 (amd64) from quantal to precise

Public bug reported:

Version 2.3.2 which is distributed with precise has a serious bug in
that it does not allow the execution of interactive jobs; request for
allocation of a PTY fails with log lines like the following:

[2013-01-17T14:43:33] launch task 49.0 request from 510.510 at 192.168.160.3 (port 20962)
[2013-01-17T14:43:33] [49.0] stdin openpty: Permission denied
[2013-01-17T14:43:33] [49.0] IO setup failed: Permission denied
[2013-01-17T14:43:33] [49.0] done with job
