I'm trying to set various other options (dhcp-renewal-time, dhcp-rebind-
time) again as part of a HA solution, which is supported in 4.2 but not
in 4.1. In order to get HA working in the way it is needed in my
environment, the newer version with support for auto-partner-down and
the setting of the additional options is critical
