[Bug 862612] [NEW] Please update 10.04 LTS collectd

Public bug reported:

We're using collectd for performance monitoring on our LTS servers, and
we've started adding threshold notifications based on value excursions.
The 4.8.2 version currently in the 10.04 LTS repositories has some
issues with threshold detection, which were fixed in (I believe 4.9.x).
It would be a -huge- help to us to be able to install the 4.10.x version
from 11.04.

Current version in 10.04 repo = 4.8.2-1ubuntu0.1
Current version in 11.04 repo = 4.10.1-2ubuntu1

If there's anything I can do to help, let me know.
