Public bug reported:

The libgweather package in Precise (3.2.1) has a bug fix that allows
Australian users to (finally) again see the "Forecast" details for their
location in the legacy Gnome weather applet.

This bug also affects all libgweather releases that Ubuntu currently
uses.

It would be greatly appreciated by all Australian Ubuntu users if the
fixed package was made available - some of us live in locations where up
to date weather warnings can literally mean the difference between life
and death and having one more source of this information will do no harm
at all - especially since Ubuntu users virtually everywhere else on the
planet have this functionality.

** Affects: lucid-backports
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
