[Bug 345090] [NEW] Newer Boost version

Public bug reported:

Currently 8.10 only comes with Boost 1.34 and 1.35. These versions are a
year old at least and current boost version is 1.38. I need a current
boost version for development and more seriously I need a new boost
version available as an ubuntu package to create a package for the
Flusspferd library (http://flusspferd.org). (At least 1.36 but having
1.38 would be great). So please update the boost package in the
backports!
