[Bug 403562] [NEW] Backport of mysql-*-5.1

Public bug reported:

To run and dev new webapps it would be nice to have new features of
mysql-server-5.1 on hardy-server 8.04 LTS. Waiting for the next LTS
release seems to be very hard ;)

If this backport isn't possible of to many higher lib requirements and
so on, please leave a short message.
