[Bug 403471] [NEW] Please backport whole xfce 4.6.1 to Jaunty

Public bug reported:

As long as xfce 4.6.1 is a bugfix release (in 2009/04/19), we don't need
to wait until Karmic debut (probably in late month of October).

Bugs that I think are important to be fixed (and they are, but only in
4.6.1):

- Window Manager (xfwm4):

    * Reduce repaint timeout in the compositor
    * Fix applications getting focused when focus on map is unset even without focus stealing prevention enabled (very annoying bug)
    * Plug various memory leaks
    * Updated translations: Polish, Swedish, Brazilian Portuguese, English (GB), Spanish, Czech, Turkish

- File Manager (thunar):

    * Put quotes around filenames in thunar-wallpaper-plugin
    * Apply umask properly when creating files/directories

Doing compilation by myself would be fine but I wouldn't help Xubuntu,
because I couldn't report bugs here. :-)
