[Bug 223223] [NEW] Update KMess

Public bug reported:

The current version of KMess in Ubuntu Hardy is version 1.5
KMess 1.5.1 were released the 9th of April

Could the new version be backported into Hardy as it contains some
bugfixes, optimizations and (most important) some new imporvements!
