Glabels in Hoary

Hi everybody,

could we please backport the breezy glabels to hoary? This would fix
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+sources/glabels/+bug/2721 which
makes glabels in Hoary almost unusable. I built and tested it.

Please consider.
