Um, Lets talk about inclusion than shall we.

I have taken part in very few conversations with Melissa. Why? you may
ask. Well because in 2 now I have been directly drowned out because 1.
I either asked a simple question or 2. I stated my opinion. I have
never, ever, said my opinion is the be all and end all but I have said
we should try to act like adults and understand no one is trying to
cause offence. If offence is taken then for my part I do apologise but
don't tell me to change the way I speak, and typing is an extension of
speaking, just because someone said "guys" once.

Melissa. You replied twice, I replied once after that and you come
back at my comment. Who is forcing here? Furthermore if you feel the
need to send me an email directly ever again, try to make it something
that isn't going to be taken as an attack upon my right to voice my
opinion. I read the digest, I can read it here on the forum, you have
no need to reply to my personal email account unless you need to
discuss something privately with me. I get your point and I somewhat
agree with it but I'm not changing especially when my initial comment
was simply an attempt to settle some frayed ends.

Now, I would like to get back to normal, if Ubuntu-Au even has a
normal, without feeling like I'm an outsider who isn't welcome to have
an opinion.
