orca problem

hello dear  friends

i was instaled ubuntu 9.10. in my sistem

when i press alt +F2 then i type orca then  i find  orca setting but  i can't   do orka setting with keybord  then i  was take help  from mouse  with a
sited  parson  but  i do not succeeds 

please any help appreciated
