Firefox problem

Hi guys.. new to ubuntu and loving it!!
I followed some info from google last night and managed to get the
Dodo USB installed and working...But I cant get firefox to connect to
my home page...Tried some things suggested on google..like disabling
ipv6 (?) but still nothing. It starts and tries to connect, then says
"page not found"... Any ideas?
