How to I get rid of this Update Manager error message?

APT is trying to find the installation CD to check for updates... it's
not finding it so it reports an error. Just disable the cdrom in
software sources.

Go to System-->Administration-->Software Sources

enter password

uncheck the box next to "Hardy Herron CDRom" (or whatever it is: toward
the bottom of the window)

click close

click reload when asked

It should all work now.
