Yesterday I installed Ubuntu on my Playstation 3 [1]. In the process I
managed to erase all my wife's high scores, so have been in the doghouse .
Apart from some tricky issues with getting wireless to work everything seems
to be running as normal. Unfortunately due to the erased high scores (last
backup two weeks ago) and a history of trashing her eee-pc I have had to
make a promise that from now on I will restrict my "polishing the penguin"
to the PC in the study.

Just tell your wife it's Sony's fault. They should have installed linux on
the PS3 before it was released.
