email clients

Hi Guys

Just after a lil advice/suggestions re email clients. As I have multiple 
accounts the client should be able to handle sending from multiple accounts 
without editing the preferences for each account. One reason I don't like 
thunderbird. I'm currently using kmail but believe there is likely better for 
my needs/wants. I kinda miss the way outlook express used to handle multiple 
email accounts. Obviously I like clients of which support numerous plugins. 
So I'm inviting people to give their opinions re which client may suit me
