Swap going 100 mile an hour virtually freezing PC rsvg-convert

Did the following
free -m
top
shift    and    <

rsvg-convert came up as using 90% of memory. When killed, got control of 
PC again.

Will check again next time the PC freezes up to make sure. Then try to 
work out what to do about it.
