totem-xine-firefox-plugin no longer exists in Feisty - I used to use
totem-xine with that plugin with some success, but the new plugin is
totem-mozilla for both backends, which does not appear to work as well.
sudo apt-get -s install totem-xine-firefox-plugin
..........
.........
[snips]

Note, selecting totem-mozilla instead of totem-xine-firefox-plugin

Again, this used to be true, but it no longer is, since ubuntu-desktop now
"recommends" totem ( which by default is totem-gstreamer.)
$ apt-cache depends ubuntu-desktop | grep totem
Recommends: totem
Recommends: totem-mozilla
There is no longer a "hard" dependency on one backend over the other.
