I live in the country and a trip to the post office to collect mail is
always filled with eager expectations.  Not only do I get my mail but also
have a chance to chat with the post master or his wife and catch up on local
news.  Unfortunately, with more reliance on electronic communication, these
delights are diminishing.

Subscriptions to magazines are quite cheap when taken out over a two year
period.  Instead of the $9.95 individual copy price it drops to about
$5.70.  And then there is the cover disc.  I tend to read magazines in bed
at night.  Reading a laptop in bed at night would not be the same.

In summary, I think that there is room for both printed and electronic
media.
