Not only do I get my mail but also have a chance to chat with the post master or his wife and catch up on local news. Unfortunately, with more reliance on electronic communication, these delights are diminishing.
<br><br>Subscriptions to magazines are quite cheap when taken out over a two year period. Instead of the $9.95 individual copy price it drops to about $5.70. And then there is the cover disc. I tend to read magazines in bed at night. Reading a laptop in bed at night would not be the same.
