Attached is a patch that will fix your Williamtown bug.
Apply the patch to /usr/share/gnome-applets/gweather/Locations.xml

As I said in my earlier post the BOM doesn't issue a separate text (as
opposed to HTML) forecast for The Hunter, only the NSW regional, so that
is what you get. The rest of it (ICAO code etc) is correct for
Williamtown.

I haven't bothered to stick the patch in Launchpad or Gnome bugs yet,
you can do that if you are keen.
